What do I need to know before my appointment?
I am very sensitive to fragrances. Please avoid wearing any the day of your appointment.

I occasionally use essential oils during appointments. If you wish for me to use a particular oil, or none, just let me know!

What do I need to know about your office?
Integrity massage is a home studio in the lower level of my house. Once you make a reservation, I will give you the address and text you a map.
There is a single flight of stairs down to the studio. There is a dog living in the house, who may greet you at the gate.
She is not allowed in the massage studio, however.
You can park in the driveway (there's a sign showing where). Massage studio entrance is the back door.

What do I need to know to schedule?
A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. In case of no-shows or cancellations, it will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

You may check with my Facebook page for the most recent openings. Or you may call and leave a message, and I will return your call. You may also text - please include your name and the type of service you are seeking.

What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, checks, and credit card. What's my preference? Cash

Integrity Massage Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling - 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you prepaid, this reservation deposit is non-refundable unless a 24-hour advance notice is received.
No Shows – Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Arriving Late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Your session will end at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time in order to enjoy the full length of your session. Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible for the price of your full scheduled session.
Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
