Barefoot Massage
Barefoot Massage, or Ashiatsu, is a type of massage performed using feet. Assisted by gravity and bodyweight, it allows me to get deeper into the muscle than a regular massage. I hold onto overhead bars for balance and use my feet to perform smooth, flowing, gliding movements. And because it uses a broad pressure, it can be incredibly deep without being painful.
This treatment can help to relieve muscle pain, as well as help improve spinal alignment and posture. It stretches and lengthens your muscles, breaking up tissue adhesions. It’s great for stress-relief too!

Thai Massage
Based on the "Commoner Style," Thai massage uses compression and gentle stretching to massage your muscles. This form of bodywork is performed on a comfortable mat on the floor. The client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement. No oils or lotions are used in Thai massage.
